Payouts to individuals and legal entities
You can send payouts to individuals and legal entities to Russian bank cards, Russian bank accounts, and YooMoney (Yandex.Money) e-wallets. Both residents and non-residents of the Russian Federation can perform these payouts.
Payouts to the self-employed
You can send payouts to self-employed individuals, for example, teachers conducting classes on an online platform.
Bank 131 is an official partner of the Federal Tax Service, so all payouts to the self-employed comply with the law.
Payout methods:
- Without fiscalization: transfer of funds to a card or account without withholding and remitting taxes.
- With fiscalization: transfer of funds with automatic tax withholding and remittance of the professional income tax to the tax authority.

Split payments
Our API allows you to process split payments. This is convenient for platforms where one part of the money that a customer pays goes to the seller or supplier, and the other goes to the platform as a commission. For example:
- Marketplaces: the seller receives payment for the goods, and the platform receives its commission.
- Online stores with delivery: the buyer pays for the goods and delivery in a single amount, which is then automatically distributed between the store and the transport company.

VAT payment
Foreign companies providing electronic services to users in Russia can pay VAT (“Google tax”).
