### What it is

Bank 131 provides a service for tracking and analyzing transactions — the Dashboard (Личный кабинет). It is a centralized platform that lets you fully control your business's financial flows, see the details of every transaction, and resolve issues faster. The service removes the need to request statements from a manager: all the data is always at hand.

The Dashboard is primarily about transparency. You see the full map of funds movement: which transactions succeeded, which failed, and why. It is not just a transaction history but a powerful tool for sales analytics.

### Key benefits

- **Independent transaction control** — you do not need to contact support to get information about transactions; it is available in the Dashboard at any time.
- **Clear statuses and error details** — every transaction shows its current state. If a transaction failed, the service shows the specific reason.
- **Transaction analytics for business growth (soon)** — statistics on successful and failed transactions, dynamics analysis, peak loads, and problem scenarios.
- **Data security** — transaction data is protected by corporate security standards and transmitted over secure channels.

### Main features

Currently available in the Dashboard:

- the transaction registry and details of a specific transaction;
- date filtering of transactions;
- AI search over transactions;
- downloading transaction reports in CSV format.

**Transaction registry** — track the full history of funds movement: payments, payouts, refunds. The registry shows transaction statuses and key details, so you can analyze successful and failed transactions without contacting a manager.

**Transaction details** — click any row in the registry to open a panel with details:

- session ID;
- transaction ID;
- transaction type: payment, payout, refund;
- method: FPS, bank card, SberPay, T-Pay, YooMoney;
- amount;
- status: `succeeded`, `failed`, `pending`, `in_progress`;
- creation date and time;
- partner: your company's name;
- fee: the amount withheld by the Bank for the transaction;
- antifraud: the service comment (`Пройден`/passed or `Не пройден`/not passed).

**Date filtering** — a filter in the top panel of the registry lets you choose a period: all time (from the start of work in the service, the default), ready-made periods (7, 30, 90 days), or a custom period with arbitrary start and end dates.

**AI search** — in addition to filters, you can use AI search. Type a query into the search field and the neural network analyzes the data array and returns the most relevant result. AI search understands natural-language queries, for example "Show all payments via the Mir card on November 25" or "Transactions from 5 thousand rubles".

### Getting access

The service is connected through your manager at Bank 131.

Login instructions:

1. Wait for an email from Bank 131 to your corporate email specified during registration. The email contains the first-login data: **login (your email) and a temporary password (a generated character combination)**.
2. Follow the link in the email.
3. On the first login, change the temporary password to a permanent one and pass two-factor authentication.

### User management

Each Dashboard user is assigned one or more roles. There are three roles:

- **Admin** — manages users and has access to all sections.
- **Manager** — works with transactions, reports, balances, and fees, but cannot manage users.
- **Support** — for partner support. Can view transactions and download reports and confirmations, but does not see balances and fees and cannot manage users.

Only a user with the **Admin** role can manage users. The Admin role can be held by only one user; you cannot assign another admin through the Dashboard interface — contact support if needed.

User statuses:

- **Active** — the user accepted the invitation and can work in the Dashboard;
- **Invited** — the invitation was sent but not yet accepted;
- **Deactivated** — the user's access is blocked.

**Admin** can perform these actions with users:

- add a user (enter name, last name, roles, email for the invitation, and partners);
- edit a user (name, last name, role, partner; the email cannot be changed);
- block or delete a user. Blocking keeps the user in the table with the **Deactivated** status (restorable); deletion removes the user from the table and revokes access (not restorable);
- restore access for **Deactivated** users;
- reinvite **Invited** users (for example, if the email was lost);
- reset the password for **Active** and **Invited** users — the user receives an email with a temporary password and must change it on the first login.

### Roadmap

An analytics dashboard is planned for the near future: charts of approved transactions, conversion reports broken down by payment method, and widgets for monitoring refunds.
